National Incubation Center Quetta was launched by the Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on May 30, 2018, at the well-known university of Quetta, Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS).

Actually, It is a program that has been Designed, Build, and funded by the Ministry of Information and Telecom in Collaboration with Ignite – National Technology Fund.
